I, the undersigned, understand and fully agree that I am entering Witkruis Boerdery (Farm Grootfontein, Marrydale at my own risk. I accept the risk of harm/injury to myself and any minor accompanying me or under my supervision at Thaba Thabo Nature Reserve, due to any negligence and undertake not to institute any legal actions against the owner/s of Witkruis Boerdery and/or its employees, representatives and/or contractors in an effort to recover damage/s encountered by me or the minor referred to on this document.

The owner/s and/or employees, representatives and/or contractors of Witkruis boerdery accepts no responsibility for any injuries, mistakes, negligent acts, damage and/or death of any visitor/or property caused by the negligence or negligent act of any person or for the loss of property due to theft or the loss or damage to property due to any other reason.

The owner/s and/or employees, representatives and/or contractors of Witkruis boerdery accept no responsibility for any hunting expedition, including accommodation, transport, vehicles, slaughtering facilities, skinning personnel, trackers and guides, that are entirely or partially unsatisfying or not happening.

I agree to the prices, terms and conditions and the rules and regulations as set out in Witkruis boerdery documentation supplied, and undertake that I/my parent/guardian/any person on my behalf or myself, not to hold the owner/s of Witkruis boerdery and/or its employees, representatives and/or contractors responsible for any damage/losses as a result of my actions or those actions of other visitors/hunters, during my stay, hunt, visit and/or activities of Witkruis boerdery.

I declare that I am aware of the legal obligations regarding the use of firearms, competent to handle a firearm and are aware of the risk involved with hunting, including the dangers associated with moving on foot through nature where wild animals and reptiles roam freely and being transported in the field by vehicles. I also declare that I am aware that driving a vehicle on the reserve might be dangerous and indemnify the owner/s and/or employees, representatives and/or contractors of Witkruis boerdery against any damage, losses, injuries and death caused by accidents due to road conditions or other conditions.

I, the signatory of the indemnity form accept liability for payment of full booking confirmed as well as any damage caused by myself or other people in my group.
